Monday night we went to Midway (the 1st day of our week with Kolby, Ali, & kids), to have yummy homemade "cafe rio" burritos and build gingerbread trees. It was also the night of the BCS championship game between Ohio State and LSU! Goooooo Buckeyes! Oh wait ... they lost for the 2nd year in a row and I am not really sure why we are BIG Ohio State fans in the first place and anyways we didn't even really watch the game! The guys gave us girls much grief about it as we were building gingerbread trees ... instead. Byron thought he tivoed it until they all went to watch it afterwards and noticed it was nowhere to be found to watch it. They caught the very end though only to see Ohio give up! Oh well I guess ... Everyone's trees turned out pretty good! We were definitely the losers again!!! ... 3rd year in a row! First it was gingerbread houses, then trains, and this year - trees! For some reason, I really am not creative when it comes to gingerbread "whatever", and we ALL know Jordan is NOT at all. He isn't even patient enough to finish putting whatever it is together, let alone decorating it! But we all agreed that the trees are probably the least time consuming!

I love your trees that you made! I think they look great-sorry you didnt win...hehe.....I would have picked yours! Thats one thing that we didnt do this year was make gingerbread houses! darn it-we usually do. I love your matching shirts-all dressed in red-how cute!!!
got your post. i actually had one of my friends update my blog template for me. i told her what i wanted and she wrote the code for it. i can ask her to check up with you if you want... she really likes doing layouts. i want to learn it someday too.
