HaPPy 2008!!!

I can't believe it is the year 2008!  I remember when I used to think about how crazy 2000 anything sounded ... time flies!!!  But every year seems to be better than the last and I am really looking forward to what this year has to bring! Jordan and I have both really thought about goals we want to accomplish this year.  We had a good while to ponder them on our flight home from Atlanta and wrote each of them down. I have a feeling we will follow through with them pretty well! I know it's still only January and the year is fresh but we shall see! My favorite goal, that both of us have, besides our ward goal (finishing the Book of Mormon by the end of June), is to finish at least 3 books! I know 3 doesn't sound like a lot, but to us NON readers ... its BIG!  I am excited and hope that by the end of this year, we can say we actually read like 5 or 6 books!  And our lists go on ... I love setting goals because it helps to motivate some progression in life a little better! We have had so many lessons in church lately, emphasizing goals, goals, goals!  It has helped motivate more too! I am thankful for the reward that comes after accomplishing a goal too, a lot of the time it's nothing really "great" ... it's just simply the good feeling and confidence we have in ourselves, knowing that we have accomplished something great!
