Last week I spent my day's in UTAH! Jordan and I flew back for our first Dr. appointment ... yes at 16 weeks! It is a long story ... so we will just note the shorter version ... our insurance doesn't cover maternity out here in Ohio and after lots of tears and phone calls to the doctors in Ohio and Utah, our insurance company, and all the mom's I know ... we decided it would be cheaper and better for us to just see our Dr. in Utah. The appointment went well! We were able to hear our baby's hearbeat. It was the fastest heartbeat I have ever heard! It was definately comforting to know that our baby is "there" and growing healthy and strong. Jord was a little disappointed to only hear one ... he wanted to hear 2! He has been on this twin craze lately and I have no idea why! We have no twin genes on either side of our families and we know that sonograms don't always pick up both heartbeats (if you actually did have twins in your tummy), so we will see what happens!
Jordan left after 3 days of being there so he could get back to work, but I stayed an extra 3 days! My parents drove my sister out to BYU the same time we planned to fly in, so it worked out perfectly! And our nephew Jaxson flew out there with us to have a week of grandparent time and he flew back with me!
I think our home was the most loved while we were back there. As soon as we walked in our front door, we both sighed and screamed at eachother, "we have such a nice house!" Being out here in a little apartment with stark white walls and no cute decor, none of our OWN furniture (especially BED!), our bigger T.V., our lush carpet, our yummy washer and dryer, etc. etc., we have missed our beautiful home and have realized more than ever that we are spoiled! We love our home and are so grateful we have it to go home to in another 2 months!
This post may be a little boring due to NO pictures! I seriously took NONE! I am slacking big time lately with the camera and have failed to take pictures of a lot of things ... Especially while in Utah and I wish I would have captured our fun ...

-just chillin' in our lovely home!
We had a fun filled time while in Utah and apoligize to all those we did NOT see! We are sorry! Time flew by too quickly, as it always does! We will be back before you know it and look forward to seeing you all at the end of August!

That picture makes me wish we were home from the summer already SOOO bad!! I miss our fun little neighborhood. I'm glad your trip went well!
