cLeVeLaNd!

I spent my week up in Cleveland last week (Monday to Monday)! I had a great, relaxing time with family! The first couple of days were the most exciting ... we went swimming and visited the science center to watch a flight pilot omnimax. Wednesday night I started on a video from my Romania trip almost 4 summers ago. I literally had about 1000+ pictures to upload onto my sister-in-law's mac and sift through to pick out the bests. Every day and night from then to Sunday, I "ate, drank, and slept" my Romania pictures and all the other fun stuff that comes with making a "music" video! By Saturday/Sunday Morning at 2:00 AM, I headed to bed and as I was changing into my pj's, I found my ankles and calves incredibly SWOLLEN! I was horrified! I quickly brushed my teeth and ran to bed so I couldn't look at them! I haven't had any problems with this my whole pregnancy ... until then! Yes it was because I had been sitting at a computer with my feet NOT up on something and I wasn't drinking as much water as I should have been. I now insist that everytime I am sitting down, I have my feet propped up!
I wish the video wouldn't have taken so much of my time so I could have played with the kids more, although, they probably could have cared less because they had so many friends in the neighborhood that wanted to play with them! Kolby and Ali were good sports to sit and visit and watch the olympics with me as I continually worked on my video and Ali to HELP me with my video and finish the final touch ups! She is amazing!
Sunday afternoon, Jord came up with some other couple friends who are here selling for an Indians game! It was sooooo GOOD to see him! We had a great time and the Indians beat the Angels 4-3 ... gooo TRIBE! Jord and I stayed the night and drove back to Columbus Monday morning.  We now only have 3 days left until we head HOME! We can't wait!

Oh girl, talk about swollen feet, ankles, and calves. I haven't recognized my feet in about 3 months! I can only wear two pair of my shoes, and they're both flip flops! I feel your pain! Watermelon, oddly enough, works wonders...even better than just plain water!
