i wanted to post this the day of the inauguration but never got around to it ... not to mention i posted easton's announcement that same day and that would have been 2 posts in one day! i watched the inauguration in it's ENTIRETY! i didn't get one thing accomplished all day but sit on the couch in my sweats and cuddle easton from 9:00 AM to 3:30 PM feeling hopeful, apprehensive, fearful, optomistic, anxious, and grateful (if that isn't mixed emotions for ya!) but really feeling a part of america's history with the rest of the world. i enjoyed the neighborhood ball too!
this is my new favorite song. you can't tell me that you don't get chills when you listen to it. especially when you see some of the photos in this music video. don't mistake me for being completely pro obama just because of this either. we are blessed to live in this free nation.

Don't be afraid to be pro Obama, he is our president ha ha Plus he is a great guy and I TOTALLY voted for him. I believe in him and believe that he wants what is best for our nation. I wish I could've watched the inauguration too. I had to work all day. :)
