last thursday jordan, jac, nate, and i headed to the energy solutions arena for some 'rascal flattin' all night!' it was so much fun and good to get away for a little bit although i missed my little guy mucho! jessica simpson started off the night singing most of her new boring country stuff and a few good tunes from her "pop" past. she really wasn't that good and forgot her lyrics to her most popular country single and then annoyingly laughed it off ... surprise! i can't believe i really liked her so much 'back in the day.' i am so on nick's side! before rascal flatts graced us with their amazing talent, we enjoyed some chicken fingers, hot wings, nachos, and candy with friends from delta ... thanks to my fabulous father! rascal, as i like to call them, really made my night! not only because their songs are SO good but because they actually sound great live and i can just tell that they are genuinely nice guys. most country singers are though. that is why some day i will live in the heart of them all ... nashville, tennessee baby ... here i come!
