busy

we have had an eventful past few days. one of jord's mission companion's, his wife and daughter came in on sunday and stayed with us until today.  jord has worked, we have watched fabulous conference, i have gone to lunch with a friend, walked the provo trail with some other friends, we had our 3rd wedding anniversary (during all of this, the cute family staying with us visited kamas and slc ... if you were wondering), and we had some of jord's mission buddies over for the NCAA championship game.

{ MONDAY }

my new friend from GA (she is in my parents ward back home). her name is megan too! she was in town visiting family. we went to lunch with our little boys. i wish you could see them better in this picture. she has a darling 5 month old, eric!

after lunch, my sister and i headed to provo center for some shopping and gelato! YUM!

on my way home i stopped by a good friends (a.k.a. karen) and snapped these pics of easton while there.

that night jord's mission buddies from vegas, colorado, and tooele came to our house a couple hours earlier than the game and we went to a park so they could play a little football ... here they are in action.

after they boys were done playing, i asked to take A picture of them. after they moaned about it for a minute, this is what i got! they were hilarious!

we then got pizza and watched the bball game ... way to go UNC!

{ TUESDAY }

while jord worked a half day i went walking the provo trail with my friends marianne (w/her daughter Aliya) and jen (w/her daughter kaysia). we stopped at a park for a picnic and i took this picture of kaysia lovin' with easton. she is so cute with him. i wish i would have got one of aliya too ... sorry girl! next time!

i got this video of her talking to him. "cute. is that cute?" (talking to him about his baseball rattle.)

that evening my sister jaclyn brought her awesome self to our house to babysit east while we enjoyed an anniversary dinner at outback. here we are afterwards ...
