if you didn't know ... i am in georgia!
been here four and a half days. with 'e' of course. jord has gone back to utah after 4 days.
we miss him already but man are we sure glad to be HERE.
east and i had a one way ticket. not exactly sure when we'll leave.
wish we could stay forever ... and that jord could come back and STAY too.
can't get enough of this HOT humid air, southern drawls and smell of sweet georgia pine.
this is what i call home.
on another note ... i don't usually blog when i am home a.k.a. on vacation. but i was reminded of these pics i uploaded to a blog draft (before i left utah) that was never completed, when i was trying to get easton to play with the door stop instead of putting his fingers in an outlet in my dad's office here at the house. i thought i'd hurry and post them before i head to bed.
so until next time ...
eating carrots for the first time ... delish!
east and crae (bf/gf ... ha!) sleeping so soundly while the 4 of us ate dinner:)
thanks you two!
story time. last sunday our friends blessed their sweet baby. after the blessing we ran home to change our clothes before heading to my grandma's for dinner. i put easton on the floor to play with some toys while i washed his bottle. i also had the dryer going. i could hear easton making noises and when i looked over to his "play" area, he was gone! i thought he had crawled over to the bottom of our stairs (his other new discovery). when i went to look, he wasn't there! what!?
jord came down the stairs at that time to head into the bathroom/laundry room and i heard him start talking to easton. i walked right past him staring at the clothes go round in the dryer. we usually have that door shut when we are downstairs hanging out.
this has since become another new discovery!
my baby is standing!?!? the other night we layed easton down to sleep. after only 35 minutes or so we heard him yelling for us. i walked into his room to see him like this! i frantically ran to him, afraid he was going to fall out of his crib. standing!? when did this happen?
(i yelled to jord to bring the camera so we could capture this moment!)
after discovering (yet again) he can do this, he does it on the stairs, against our ottoman, against doorways ... oh boy! time to LOWER the crib.

I love all the pictures! Easton is getting so big, he is such a cutie! I hope you guys have a great time in Georgia, see you soon!
So cute! Kaysia loved those door stopper things too. Eventually she learned how to take them off and would walk around the house with it sticking out of her mouth. We had to take the white things off cause she figured out how to do that and had her first choking experience soon after...it wasn't pleasant!
Lucky! My family offically moves from Texas today... Ill never get to go "home" ever again! Now when visiting family ill be clear in another state!
Stupid Maryland
