week in midway with our DAY family

a few weeks ago ... the week jordan's sister got married, the day family was all together.

each of us (except jord who had to work) from cleveland, ohio. st. george. and orem.

in one house. under one roof.

it was fun for east to be with his cousins. 

although, at times, they didn't really think it was fun to have him around.

older vs. younger. 

younger wants to be part of older, but older wants nothing to do with younger.

sad. but just the way it is. what do you do?

most of the time, it did all workout though. and east learns a lot from these peeps he calls cousins.

it is always fun to listen to him say lots of new words. sentences. and questions. after spending so much time with them.

we kept ourselves busy doing fun things. whether we hung out at home or ventured out somewhere.

in between getting things ready for the wedding, staying up late (every night), getting eaten alive by mosquitos, playing games and eating ice cream (every night!), here is a little of what we did ...

{hanging around the house}
inside and out.
jumping on the tramp. swimming in the pool.
riding the 4 wheeler and other cars.
setting and watching our own (awesome) fireworks!

rock climbing.
running the track.
playing basketball and soccer.

a lot of fun! i highly recommend going!
