oregon coast. night 1 & day 1.

(if that makes sense.)

we flew into portland around 8:30 PM on tuesday night.

(me.jordan.nicole.and jeremy.)

then drove about 2 hours to our house on the coast.

when we got to the house we stayed up for a couple of hours chatting with jd's little brother,

who ... along with their parents and family friends, flew in earlier that day.

the next day is what i would call our first (actual) day.

we walked out to the beach first thing. got a breath of that chilly, marine air. mmm.

then we drove twenty minutes down the coast to shop cannon beach and eat lunch.

(we stayed in a town called manzanita.)

after eating some of the yummiest pizza, we went to the best candy shop!

then went and hiked down to part of the coast called crescent beach.

b.e.a.u.t.i.f.u.l. is all i have to say ...

{night 1}

(and it's the size of my tiny family room. or maybe a tiny bit bigger.)
