the last of my october pictures ...

well, pretty much the last of them. 

i have a bunch of the boys hangin' around the house but that will be another post in and of itself.

we had a fun filled month of october. and we soaked up the good weather as much as we could!

here are some random photos that never were shared.

and if i don't share them now, i am afraid they will get left in the dust. 

and a year or two down the road i will regret never posting them.

{pumpkin patchin'}

the hometown way. 

we found this house last year while on a sunday drive ... just a few blocks from our house. 

we had already bought our pumpkins or we would have bought from him, but we remembered to go there this year. they are the BEST pumpkins for the BEST price. 

plus we picked up a bunch of squash too for 40 cents each. can't beat that!

{bridal veil falls}
the day that luke's first birthday party was supposed to be on, but he woke up sick instead ... (remember?)
we had been stuck in the house for most of the day, watching football until we couldn't take it anymore.
we needed some fresh air. so we decided to drive up the canyon to bridal veil falls.
the weather was perfect and easton loved the "big waterfall!" he loves to look at it through the window of the car every time we drive up to midway, so it was fun to take him to see it up close and personal.
and it felt so good to get out of the house!

easton's grampa and zee zee have three horses who he thoroughly loves! most every time we go up to their home, east has to go say hi to them before going into the house. he feeds them often too as grampa, daddy, and/or zee zee takes him out to give them a treat.
this particular day i caught him in action! he even got to sit on and ride champagne.
