this holiday season was super special! having our sweet baby boy here really helped us feel the true meaning of christmas and brought the christmas spirit into our home. for him i am thankful. what a blessing he is! i am grateful to my Heavenly Father and my Saviour for entrusting easton to jordan and i. we couldn't be happier!
we were able to spend the holiday's with both families. there is nothing better than FAMILY!
Christmas Eve/Day ...
koryn trying to take easton's binkie while listening to the nativity story
she is too cute!
the day's between Christmas and New Year's we spent with my family ... the Kennedy clan! thanks to high school sports and the sugar bowl (all the boys went), they only had 4 days to be here before heading back to the 70 degree weather at home in georgia ... we envied them ... or at least i did! having a baby in the freezing cold weather makes me such a paranoid mom!
meeting uncle trev for the first time
we thought it would be okay because we were up in the delta suite ... unfortunately it was still too LOUD and wasn't the best for east's little ears and left in the 4th quarter
as you can see i didn't take too many pics while they were here. i think my parents were a little wore out from 2 weeks previous when they were here right after easton was first born:)
New Year's Eve/Day ...
a little sledding at soldier hollow
our lovely gingerbread train
F.Y.I. the top of the train is supposed to be the Atlanta Braves A (if you can't tell!) and the train car is full of "baseballs." we thought we were pretty creative this year with a baseball theme but ... we lost again!:(
Happy New Year!
Hope you all enjoyed your holiday's as much as we did!
Here is to a FINE 2009!
