today easton and i went to the tulip festival at thanksgiving point
with my mother - and sister - in -law and niece.
what a beautiful day!
we enjoyed the sunshine while looking at such a plethera of beautiful flowers.
we stopped to eat some lunch in front of the waterfalls (the amphitheater)
while the kids freely and happily ran the grassy hills.
east was so excited i let him out of his stroller!
we then headed to the barn to check out The Beehive Bazaar craft boutique.
i wanted too much that i didn't buy anything!
i was inspired though to plant tulip bulbs this fall in front of my house ...
i already can't wait for them to bloom next spring!
we stopped to see this momma owl and her 2 baby chicks near the "falls" ... so sweet.

I wanted to go there this year but I am cheap! So I am headed to temple square to get my tulip fix! I love the flowers!
Don't you love the tulip festival?? I can't get enough of it. I just wish the weather would stay WARM!!!
K, so I heard that you are prego! THat is soooooo cool! I'm so excited for you! I knew a while ago, but havent said anything yet, but that is so awesome! You'll have to let me know when you find out what it is! And, your comment a bit ago on my blog, Yes, I do have a lot more time on my hands! Its crazy! But its so good for Kade and I. I can actually cook him meals, and I'm loving it! We have already been here a month! Thats so crazy! And, I got put in the Young Womens Presidency! Crazy! I guess thats where I'm suppose to be!! YOur pics of the tulips are awesome! So pretty! Hope all is well! Miss you guys!
K, I just need to email you!! hehe! So I found out that you were prego from Jordan, he told Kade and Kade told me :) And I'm still just as excited as when I found out! Thats so awesome!!!!!!!!!! And as for the pool, I will be by the pool soon enough..........but they don't open till May 31st!! :( Oh well, I'll survive :) hehe! Kade is doing really good. He is getting lots of sales, so hopefully we will meet our goal! We better!!! hehe! He's not to burned out yet. I will be flying home for two weeks for the 4th of July to hang with the fam, and Kade will stay and work. So have you met the people who bought our house? THey are really cool! I liked them a lot!
