sunday morning when we woke up luke still had no oxygen. hooray!
he sounded a little wheezy though so i was a tiny bit worried.
when the respiratory therapist came to suction him out we had a little scare and
had to turn the oxygen on for about 10 minutes.
everything else was looking great!
when the pediatrician came to visit ... he cleared us to go home!
he said i would probably still have to come back to the hospital for the next 2-3 days to get luke suctioned out.
and i needed to give him 3 breathing treatments a day or more if he needed.
that's doable! ... we are just happy to be home!
thank you dr. zollo!
and thank you again to our family and friends for your love and support!
after a while of tossing and turning and mommy being to lazy to get up ... he settled with going to back to sleep.
he pulled off his oxygen level monitor ... i think he was ready to go home more than anybody!
typical sight of my boys ... there will be fighting over phones when luke gets older.
waiting for the nurse to come in with discharge papers ...
easton's latest obsession is CARS. the movie, real cars outside that he can see and hear, and play cars.
he has to have one in hand every time we leave the house.

I'm so glad that you get to come home! Isn't it so sad to see them in their jail cells all hooked up to machines? I'm glad that baby Luke is doing much better. It's so nice to come home, and it gives you so much empathy for parents who have kids with horrible diseases!
