wednesday night we attended a surprise birthday party at this pretty place ...
the "haunted" governor's mansion!
... friends (among family too) waiting for the "guest of honor" to arrive ...
of course these two had to jump on this photo op together.
after spending an hour and a half at the (adult) carnival, we headed to texas roadhouse for some tummy fillin' grub.
we actually had a teenage babysitter (from the ward) for the first time (ever), so we were on the clock.
and ( I ) a little nervous.
the guys had been planning to do this at least a week in advance.
so, sorry to have bounced your party a little early justin.
and i guess now our secret is out ...
(i don't know why it was such a big secret in the first place, but ...)
