hawaii. day five.

day five was another fun-filled day.

.... just beachy!

we started the day off here ...

for our second round of chocolate, coconut, and banana malasadas. mmm hmmm!

here are my three sweet boys.

after our most healthy breakfast (ha!), we headed to aloha stadium to walk and shop the swap meet.

next on the agenda was supposed to be pearl harbor. it was a 2 hour wait and none of us were patient enough to to wait it out.
 especially since we have all seen it before - except jord - and he didn't really care to wait that long either (next trip i guess!)
so we headed to some nice seafood restaurant.

by nice i mean very nicely dressed business men and women eating at every table (on their lunch) nice.

not the best place for our not so willing to sit on a chair or in a highchair, fussy boys.

but we managed to order and eat quickly and jet out of there.

but east liked this hand washing sink out in the middle of restaurant.
so i snapped a quick photo (of course!).

we then headed to sandy beach where we spent the rest of our day!

 eastie trying to get a little more used to the sand ...

just because i had to get at least one picture of someone on or with the boogie boards at each beach we visited.
because it's just what we did. (instead of surf:))

 ... this is progress.

love the expression on jord's face. finally got east to WANT to poke the sand castle. and that he did.
 hooray!

 my goal was to get AS tan as my little bro. yeah ... didn't happen.

 he did NOT want to walk on the sand. we left him there to fend for himself. 

but don't worry. it didn't last long.

a beached whale! haha.

nice job ad. 

and here is to east (because he spent most of his time at a.l.l. of the beaches on this chair, under this umbrella)
 ...
